    Description
    This module allows invoicing sale orders when a confirmed payment
transaction for the full order amount exists, regardless of the product
invoice policy. This means that even if the product is configured with
a "Delivered Quantities" invoice policy, the order can be invoiced
without a validated delivery once the payment is confirmed.
