DESCRIPTION
This module adds additional Mexican taxes to the accounting localization:

- **ISH (Impuesto Sobre Hospedaje)**: Tax on Lodging at rates from 0% to 5%
  (including half-point increments), for both sales and purchases.
- **ISN (Impuesto Sobre Nómina)**: State Payroll Tax at rates 1%, 2%, 3%, and
  4%, with a dedicated expense account (603.29.01).
- **IEPS 200%**: Special Tax on Production and Services at 200%, for both
  sales and purchases with cash basis accounting.
